For the attention of job seekers, Whirlpool offers free retail training and placement to youth in Kottayam, Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram districts.
+ 2 / Diploma / Candidates below 30 years of age with any degree qualification can participate.

22 days classroom training and 3 months training in Whirlpool showroom with a stipend of Rs 10500 per month.
The batch will start from June 13, 2022. Retail certificates are also awarded to those who successfully complete the training.
There are only 25 seats in each district.
